Mix well together the following ingredients by hand holding a spatula
3 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons meringue powder that is sold at food grocery upkeep department convenience stores in the frozen food aisle or section
5 3/4 tablespoons warm water
2 or 3 or 4 or 5 drops of food coloring to get the desired effect shade hue color with no change in mouth taste at all just from the food coloring by itself tasteless
